The Networking Community™ with a global branding and reputation as one of the thought-leaders for networking
in the 21st century, provides the marketplace an alternative choice for those networkers meeting in local groups that want
less structure and emphasis on lead accountability and more focus on developing relationships. TNC's networking group
culture evolves from our six core values;
1. TNC's overarching value is; Networking, Like Life, is a Process not an Event™. "That process is based within the relationship law of reciprocity of; helping others achieve their goals." 2. The networking culture of TNC focuses first on building relationships, referrals will then follow. "TNC believes trusted referrals can not be produced nor should be counted but evolve over time as the relationship builds between individual group members." 3. Networking membership with TNC is an extension, not a replacement, of your existing relationships. "TNC encourages our members to join those organizations that can best maximize and compliment their networking efforts." 4. One size does not fit all. "TNC groups operate under the umbrella of our values and best business practices but within that structure each group can develop it's own uniqueness - i.e. each group decides it's own meeting interval." 5. Networking requires continuous education. "Through the book 'Tales From The Networking Community', white papers, web-based video and audio segments , featured speakers at group meetings, weekly member updates, and sharing of experiences with fellow members at group meetings, TNC believes that networking is enhanced through continuous education." 6. Networking is leveraged through the smart use of technology. "Nothing can 'trump' one-one personal networking to build relationships. However in this fast-paced 21st century where we are bombarded with a glut of marketing messages, technology can allow us to keep each other top-of-mind. TNC brings to it's members services which smartly leverages techonology to enable relationships in-between personal one-one group and individual meetings." |
